This weekend’s fishing was good in deeper pockets of the Laguna Madre. Emmord’s Hole was holding keeper Trout, Reds, and Drum. The Humble Channel is deep; some areas are up to 20’ and over by the Causeway Bridge. The Boat Hole was holding Reds on the drop-off’s and edges of the channels. Packery Channel has been producing some large Drum and Redfish. We have some warmer weather coming up this week which should make the fish more active.
